After three-decades of friendship between environmental and cultural enthusiasts from Kolkata and Melbourne, in 2025 the tramjatra team presented a four day Sundarban Tramjatra Festival of Learning.

Sundarban Tramjatra offers a creative platform for learning about the interconnectedness of two extremely vulnerable climate change hotspots, Kolkata and the Sundarban, and actions needed to secure their future.
